• We will hold this as a deposit pending final acceptance by Canberra. This is refundable to you in full should the subsidy application be declined.
• We will send you the application forms for subsidy.
• We will also send you the application form for connection Your connection form to our partner will state an annual fee of $240 with $180 in free calls. Your card will be debited by our partner half of the first years connection ($120) - We pay the balance as part of our offer for the first year only.
  
  You will deal directly with our partner in all matters regarding calls and ongoing connection support.

• You will return both sets of forms to us for checking and submitting.
• We will check and submit your Subsidy application. We will get formal notification form Canberra when the subsidy is approved. The subsidy is paid to us in due course.
• We will process your connection and physically connect and test your phone after bench testing. For your security, we will block your phone for transit.
• Total time - allow 2 weeks.
• We will then ship your phone as arranged
• Upon receipt, you should call our provider and have your phone unblocked.
